Crystal Conley
Director of Programs
Crystal Conley joined CEC in 2013 and serves as a Director. She provides expertise in the areas of Teaching and Learning – learning design for teacher professional learning, teacher effectiveness, mentoring, response to intervention, peer coaching, instructional improvement, standards-based curriculum development, Professional Learning Communities, classroom technology integration and classroom transformation to 21st Century Learning.
Crystal has experience elementary through college as a math teacher, mentor/coach, and technology innovation specialist. She has been a district-level professional learning trainer in the areas of classroom technology integration, 21st century learning and instructional improvement.
Crystal has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Illinois University. She also has two Master’s degrees from Olivet Nazarene University, in Curriculum and Instruction, and Educational Leadership.
