Lead. Learn. Transform.
The National Education Association (NEA) and the Catalyst for Educational Change (CEC) invite you to participate in a new, transformative learning cohort to build collaborative success in your district.
This is an opportunity for a leadership team from your district to participate in a facilitated pilot program to learn how to implement best practices that build and sustain collaborative processes and systems for student-centered, shared decision-making.
During this program, your team will:
- Have full access to NEA’s online learning course “Collaborating for Student Success” and all of its accompanying tools and learning resources
- Participate in live, virtual cohort sessions with other districts from around the country facilitated by CEC experts
- Engage in live, virtual coaching sessions directly between your district and CEC
Become a Certified IBB Facilitator
CEC offers proven, interest-based, and effective facilitation skills, through a combination of virtual live sessions and on-demand modules. Our collaborative approach can guide an organization’s decisions in contract negotiations, impact bargaining, and problem-solving conversations that reflect the current environment and address current tensions and issues schools face.

Certification Cost: $460 per person

Join our IBB Facilitator Network
Learn the latest practices of virtual and hybrid Interest-Based Bargaining (IBB) Facilitation with certified facilitators across the country. Receive and provide tips with other facilitators, and access a private library of additional resources and tools.
