Tracy Frederick is a seasoned educational leader and consultant with over 15 years of experience in education and leadership. Her expertise spans PreK-12 education, including teaching, instructional coaching, curriculum development, systems alignment, and executive leadership.
A dedicated and student-centered educational leader, Tracy is passionate about closing the expectation, opportunity, and possibility gap for all students. She believes deeply in the potential of every learner and is committed to fostering educational systems that provide rigorous opportunities and remove barriers to success.
Her approach emphasizes shared leadership, continuous improvement, and the development of collaborative cultures where all students can reach their full potential and develop the skills necessary for college, career, and life. Tracy’s expertise in education, coupled with her experience as a life and leadership coach, allows her to effectively support individuals, teams, and organizations in achieving transformative growth. Her diverse experiences as an educator and coach, inform her work, strengthening her commitment to empowering others and building resilience.
Tracy is currently pursuing a doctorate in Human and Organizational Development at Fielding Graduate University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a HeartMath Certified Mentor, and a CQ (Cultural Intelligence) Certified Facilitator. These certifications complement her academic background, which includes a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a master’s degree in Reading, and an educational specialist degree in Educational Leadership, along with K-12 principal and Superintendent licenses.
