Dr. Tiffany Layton, PCC, is a seasoned educator and leadership coach with a proven record of school transformation. She has a rich history of serving high-needs K-12 schools across the US and internationally, and her diverse experience includes roles as a teacher, reading specialist, instructional coach, principal, curriculum director, leadership coach, and professional development specialist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Northeastern Oklahoma State University, a master’s degree in educational leadership from Pittsburg State University, and a doctorate in learning and organizational change from Baylor University. Additionally, she holds a professional coaching certificate from the International Coaching Federation.

Tiffany is an expert in evidence-based coaching, MTSS implementation, and personalized professional learning. She excels at building relationships, navigating change, and fostering positive school cultures.
