Terri Carman
Strategic Advisor
Dr. Terri Carman joined CEC in 2014 and serves as a Strategic Advisor. She has worked as an administrator and as a teacher in schools with very diverse needs. Dr. Carman supports districts in the continuous improvement process, building collaborative partnerships and positive cultures, while utilizing a shared leadership approach. She facilitates long-term transformation in schools and districts through curricular assessments, empowered teams, and interest-based problem solving.
Terri received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Illinois, a Master’s Degree in Instructional Strategies from National-Louis University, a Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision from Northeastern Illinois University and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University.
