Lea Anne Frost
Strategic Advisor
Dr. Lea Anne Frost joined CEC in 2024 as a Strategic Advisor. She has served as a teacher and administrator in public school environments for over 37 years. Dr. Frost supports districts in developing school-wide systems with an emphasis in special education and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) specifically with aligning policies, procedures, and practices.
Lea Anne received her Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from Illinois State University, a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Northern Illinois University, and her Doctorate Degree in Educational Administration and Organizational Change from Roosevelt University.
Dr. Frost has participated on various ISBE, state, and IAASE (Illinois Alliance of Administrators of Special Education) committees including being the IAASE President from 2016-2018. She has also been an adjunct faculty member at Aurora University.
Lea Anne believes in working in partnership with districts to identify areas of need and devise a path for improvement to make a difference in the lives of students.
