Heather Peloquin

Director of Operations

Heather joined the CEC team in 2008. She is responsible for managing all operational activities for the organization. As the Director of Operations, she  coordinates and directs the administration of office services and acts as a pivotal contact person for staff, consultants, clients and partners. Heather also oversees the development and implementation of the infrastructures and organizational tools needed to promote the organizational health of CEC, working closely with the Executive Director and staff members responsible for educational programs and supported services, finance, and information technology.

Prior to CEC, Heather was a Social and Corporate Event Coordinator. Heather received her bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.
